Bringing innovation, expertise and trusted partnerships together, Sysco’s presence at IFEX 2026 is designed to deliver practical inspiration that lasts beyond the show floor.

Across three days, Sysco’s foodservice and culinary experts will be sharing fresh insights, spotlighting innovative products, and demonstrating practical solutions to help operators manage margins, reduce waste, and elevate menus.

Innovation at the Heart

Culinary innovation will take centre stage at the Foodie Hub, where Sysco Development Chefs Kyle Greer and Simon Hudson will host a series of live demonstrations. Sessions will showcase how a single ingredient can be transformed into multiple dishes, balancing creativity with commercial awareness.

Demonstrations will highlight sustainability-led techniques, including kombucha brines for preserving meats and creating crisp batters for broccoli, alongside fermentation using koji for steak and fish. These approaches showcase how flavour, nutrition and waste reduction can work together in modern menu development.

Specialist Stations and Global Flavours

The Foodie Hub will also feature specialist stations showcasing Sysco’s World Food range, led by Development Chef Keith Pigott, and an Authentic Italian showcase in partnership with the Italian Trade Agency. Visitors can explore global cuisines, discover new menu ideas and receive expert guidance from Sysco’s teams.

Centre Plate will spotlight Sysco’s in-house butchery Carver & Co, with master butchers Anthony Noble and Gary Young demonstrating bespoke cuts and sharing advice on maximising yield and consistency. Also featured is ReadyChef, offering Ready to Eat and Ready to Cook solutions using seasonal Irish ingredients and fully traceable supply chains.

The beverage and bakery zone will showcase Sysco’s coffee brand Citavo, alongside local producers including Clearer Water, Maine Drinks and Long Meadow Cider. Classic Drinks will also host an exclusive Wine Room with guided tastings designed to inspire and inform hospitality professionals. One of the company’s most recent local additions, family-run artisan bakery, The Yellow Door, will also be in attendance to demonstrate how operators can customise products, elevate their menus, and drive innovation.

Beyond food and drink, Sysco will also highlight the breadth of its non-food range, demonstrating how the right operational essentials can support consistency, efficiency, and quality across hospitality settings. From crockery and glassware to chemicals and disposables, the range is underpinned by trusted supplier relationships.
