Henderson Foodservice is one of Ireland’s leading suppliers to the hospitality industry and will be returning to the Titanic Exhibition Centre with a huge presence at IFEX in February.

With one of the biggest exhibitor stands throughout the entire show, visitors can expect the company’s usual array of innovative food suppliers that are producing new and exciting products that are keeping hospitality businesses in Ireland ahead of the curve, and feeding into consumer trends that have been rapidly developing over the past few years.

Cathal Geoghegan, Managing Director at Henderson Foodservice says his teams have been working in partnership with their customers on the ground to directly respond to gaps in the market and IFEX is the perfect showcase for business owners to sample their new products and test their new equipment.

Cathal commented; “One of the biggest investments we have made in recent years has been into the complete overhaul of our award-winning online ordering system, which has been streamlined to provide efficiency and ease to our customers who are already time-poor and working against strained budgets.

“We have also expanded our product ranges, bringing even more locally sourced products for our customers to browse, many of which are exclusive to Henderson Foodservice in Ireland and which will be available for sampling throughout the three days.”

Visitors can also expect Henderson Foodservice’s Food Development Chef, Geoff Baird to be cooking up some fantastic samples from the extended range of suppliers, while also demonstrating the use of some innovative products and solutions that will directly help businesses struggling with resource and skill gaps in the kitchen.
