A major attraction at the IFEX Belfast exhibition are the Chef Skill competitions, a three-day cauldron of excitement as Northern Ireland’s most talented young chefs and catering students compete for an array of medals and awards, including the coveted Chef and Junior Chef of the year titles.

These competitions are virtually a ‘show within a show’ attracting a large captive audience of chefs and cooks who are keen to spend time at IFEX to see what is new for their sector. If it is excitement you are looking for, then a visit to the Chef Skill culinary competitions should do the trick.
