Hot Under the Collar:
The competition at Chef Skill is notoriously intense. Recognised throughout the industry as one of the best culinary competitions in Ireland, Chef Skill has a long history of awarding some of Ireland's most celebrated chefs early in their careers.

Developed to nurture and reward emerging talent in the industry and inspire young chefs to develop their skills, Chef Skill 2010 will be looking for talent that is world-class.

LIVE HOT KITCHENS

One of the most popular attractions at the show is the live demonstrations from international chefs. This is set to continue for 2010 at the Live Hot Kitchens station.
