All entries must be previous competitors in recognised Salon Culinaire Events. This is a non competitive event and will be used to showcase the skills of some of our more experienced culinarians.
45 mins will be allowed to prepare, cook and present a two course meal for two covers showcasing local ingredients. All equipment and ingredients must be provided by the competitors.
A brief restaurant style typed menu must be displayed on the workstation.
Judging in this event will be by exclusively Chairman of Judges Peter Griffiths.
